I worked at Carvana under the title of Visual Designer, though my actual job responsibilities were split between that of a Visual Designer and Art Director.
While at Carvana, I have most notably redesigned their iconic single-car hauler, assisted in expanding their organic social presence with trending content, and revamped the delivery experience through branded celebratory takeaways and decorations.

Organic Social
Carvana’s organic social entered an exploratory phase in 2025 in which we tested new types of content. Videos created for organic social answered common questions, entered seasonal cultural conversations, and leveraged trending social-native formats. The creative resulted in increased positive social sentiment.
Carvana advocates struggled to make every experience feel equally special due to mismatched supplies and unbalanced budgets. I audited the existing delivery materials and interviewed several delivery employees and leaders to develop new, standardized delivery accessories. These items craft a unified experience for customers that is simple and easy to implement for advocates, no matter how packed their schedule is.
Delivery Celebrations
We designed a foldable photo frame that would be easy for advocates to transport while providing branding and incentive for UGC.
Advocates would often have to pull over a few houses down and climb on top of the delivery vehicle in order to give a customer the bow experience due to the weak magnets of the previous bows. To solve for this, we crafted a bespoke bow that accommodated alternative placements, allowing delivery drivers to mount the bow before they drove off the lot, streamlining their process and ensuring no customer misses out on a bow. It also created an ownable approach to a classic dealership experience.
In order to celebrate various customer occasions without creating additional legwork from our advocates, we developed standardized occasion celebration static cling decals that attach to the hauler bed. This creates a personalized celebration experience for birthdays, anniversaries, graduation, etc.
